Stone fruit is in season so we have a mixed bowl to stave off any midday hunger cravings. I always have a seasonal fruit bowl available because I feel easy access is the key to healthy eating for a lot of folks. Beautiful colors are great for catching one's eye as well. So the next time you are at the market grab some apricots, plums, peaches, nectarines and cherries for your snacking - fruit is less than 100 calories, it's natural and it is less expensive when bought in season.
